Accessibility statement

How accessible this site is, and how to report a problem.

Draft, to be reviewed before launch.

This statement applies to the Tenancyline website at tenancyline.co.uk, including the demo.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. The site is built so that you can move through it with a keyboard, skip past the header to the main content, and read every page on a phone screen without scrolling sideways. The text uses plain English.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

We know some parts of this website are not yet fully accessible or have not yet been checked:

  • The site has not been tested with screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver) or with speech recognition software.
  • Colour contrast has not been measured page by page, and no automated accessibility scan has been run yet.
  • Pages have been checked at 390 pixels wide, but not at 400% zoom on a desktop screen.
  • The image shown when a link to the site is shared is text set as a picture. Its text alternative gives the same words.
  • The “Book a call” links open the contact form, not yet a booking page.
  • The contact page has a form for asking a question or requesting a call.

Feedback and contact information

If you need information on this website in a different format, or you find a problem not listed on this page, tell us through the contact page. We will consider your request and get back to you within 10 working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland and Wales. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

Technical information about this website's accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at AA standard. The site has not yet been audited against them, so we do not yet state a compliance status. The gaps we know about are listed above.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

Before launch we will test the site with a screen reader and at 400% zoom, run an automated accessibility scan on every page, fix what those checks find, and update this statement.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 20 October 2026. It was last reviewed on 26 October 2026. The site was tested by the team building it, using automated browser tests. They check that each page has a main content area for the skip link, that the menu opens and can be used with a keyboard, and that pages fit a 390 pixel wide screen.
