Cookies we set
The site sets three cookies: one when you open the demo agency, one when you send the start or sign-in form, and one when you sign in to your account. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- demo_workspace: strictly necessary. It keeps your demo workspace (your own copy of the fictional agency) separate from every other visitor's. It holds a random workspace id and nothing else. It lasts 2 hours from when you open the demo. It is set only on this site and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
- tl_session: strictly necessary. It keeps you signed in to your account after you open a sign-in link. It holds a random sign-in code and nothing else; we store only a scrambled copy (a hash) of it. It lasts 30 days, or until you sign out. It is set only on this site and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
- tl_browser: strictly necessary. It marks the browser that made your account, so a sign-in link works only there while email is off on this preview. It holds a random code and nothing else; we store only a hash of it. It lasts 365 days. It is set only on this site and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
Strictly necessary cookies do not need your consent. If you block them, the demo cannot keep your workspace and returns you to the sign-in page, and you cannot stay signed in to your account.
The workspace itself is held in our server's memory, not in the cookie. It holds only fictional data and the changes you make to it, and is deleted after 2 hours without use, or sooner when the number of open demo workspaces reaches its limit.
