Landlord list

What the list shows.

  • Landlord Registration Number

    Recorded against each landlord, or “Not recorded”.

  • Property Registration Number

    Recorded against each property, or “Not recorded”.

  • A flag on marketed or let properties

    Shown where either number is missing; it is a fact about the record.

Export

Export the list to chase landlords.

Download the landlords or properties with no number as a CSV. The flag clears when both numbers are recorded.
