Terms of service
The terms for using the site, the demo and the service.
Draft, to be reviewed before launch.
Last updated 20 October 2026.
Who we are
Tenancyline is run by Voll Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09302803). Registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. ICO registration ZC135838. VAT number GB 529 0036 10.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Voll Studios Ltd. "You" means the agency that uses Tenancyline and the people who use it on the agency's behalf.
The service
Tenancyline records tenancy and property deadlines, and the evidence you add against them. It shows what is due and what is missing. The plan, price and term are set out in your order.
Records, not advice
Tenancyline keeps the records you enter and works out dates from them. It does not give legal advice. You decide what the law needs for each tenancy. Where a page links to gov.uk, the rule on gov.uk is the one that applies.
Your data
The records you enter belong to your agency. We process them on your behalf, under a data processing agreement we will put in place with you. You will be able to export your records as CSV files. When your subscription ends, we delete your records within 30 days unless you ask us to keep them for longer.
Using the service
You agree not to:
- enter data you have no right to hold
- try to reach another customer's data
- test, probe or overload the service without our written agreement
- resell the service
The demo
The demo uses fictional data. Do not enter real personal data into it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times, with planned maintenance outside office hours where we can. We may change these terms. We will tell you about any change that affects you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the agreement
You can end your subscription at the end of any billing period. We can end it if you break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of our notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
